TERMS OF SERVICE
By using Fotovan services, you agree to the terms of service set forth in this Agreement. We reserve the right to change or modify the conditions of this Agreement at any time. Please ensure to review this Agreement periodically for changes. Please do not use our services or website if you do not agree to these terms. By using our services and/or this website, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms of Service, just as if you had signed an Agreement.
RESIDENCE: The property to be photographed and/or filmed is located near Albuquerque, New Mexico. This includes Albuquerque, Algodones, Belen, Bernalillo, Bosque Farms, Cedar Crest, Corrales, Edgewood, Los Lunas, Moriarty, Placitas, Rio Rancho, Sandia Park, Santa Fe and Tijeras. All properties outside this area require special reservations.
PHOTO SESSIONS: It is important that your property be ready for our photographers and videographers when we arrive. Your appointment includes an allotted amount of time for the session. Your property will be shot AS-IS, so for us to provide the best quality of work of your property, we recommend the following:
PAYMENT: In order to reserve a definite time and date for your shoot, we require a credit card on file. We will not run your card without your permission. We accept check and credit card payments. Please make all checks payable to Fotovan. There is a $25 fee for all returned checks. Payment must be received in full before your photos are delivered.
PLEASE make sure you receive a confirmation email with information about your booking before exiting our online booking interface.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY:
Your appointments and business are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
INCLEMENT WEATHER: If weather conditions are unfavorable (overcast skies are not considered unfavorable), please give us a call to reschedule your shoot and a 100% credit will be applied to your account. If you decide to keep your original appointment, any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a fee.

- Putting away all personal and personally identifiable items (e.g. family photos, diplomas, certificates, etc.)
- Keep every room clean and free of clutter.
- Move cars, trash cans, garden hoses, etc. for exterior shoots.
- Have exterior clean of weeds and trash.
- Ensure all bulbs are working properly inside and outside the house for lighting purposes.

- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more.
- If there is a delay due to lockbox issues, missing keys, or if you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may waive the fee.
