How does scheduling a shoot work?
There are two ways to book a photoshoot:
- You can schedule a shoot with us by using our online booking software by clicking here - Book Now. From there you will see our availability with different time slots that works best for you. Upon completing the booking, you will be prompted for payment and will receive an email confirmation and all information regarding the shoot. Text reminders are optional at checkout and email reminders will be sent 24 hours before the scheduled shoot.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is required upon booking the photoshoot. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards. If a credit card is not possible, please call before booking to set up another form of payment.
What is your cancellation and reschedule policy?
Your appointments and business are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services or $50, whichever is more.
- If there is a delay due to lockbox issues, missing keys, or if you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
- We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, we may waive the fee.
When and how do I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered next day within business hours, unless the delivery day falls on holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Day (the content will be delivered the following day within business hours). A DropBox link will be sent to your email and you can download the photos to your computer as a zip file. If you need your photos faster, please give us a call!
How many photos can I expect to receive?
It varies on the property size, square footage and package you ordered.
Can you upload the photos to my MLS account?
Absolutely! Fotovan has Photographer Access to the MLS. All we need is the MLS number and we can upload to active listings.
Who owns the rights to the photos?
FOTOVAN owns the copyright of the photos as licensor. The purchaser of the photos is a licensee. This license is strictly limited to the terms and conditions governed by the Copyright laws of the United States, as specified in Title 17 of the United States Code. Photos are non-exclusive and may be used for advertising and media purposes including: Social Media, Web Usage, Small Print Marketing, Competition Entry.
If another broker/seller is using the photos I purchased without permission, what should I do?
Contact us right away! With your permission, they may choose to purchase a license for the photos used, or they must remove them upon request.
What is your policy on re-shooting a property?
If for some reason certain angles are missing after you receive your photos, please call us immediately. If a written special request is made on our booking page and it is missed, we will come back free of charge to capture that request.
However, if no written special requests are made at the time of the booking and we are required to come out and re-shoot, a $49 call-out/re-shoot charge and any applicable travel charge will be charged to your credit card. Partial or full re-shoots require full payment in advance.
