CANCELLATION POLICY

We value your business and understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is based on how much notice is provided before your scheduled appointment:

  • 48+ hours before your appointment — Free cancellation. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • 24–48 hours before your appointment — Late cancellation. A 50% refund will be issued; the remaining 50% is non-refundable.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment — No refund. The full amount is non-refundable.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method(s) used at the time of booking. Any non-refundable fees (such as rescheduling fees) are excluded from the refund calculation.
Please note: If your appointment was previously rescheduled from a time that fell within a stricter cancellation window, the original cancellation tier will apply. For example, if you reschedule from a next-day appointment to one a week away, the late or no-refund policy from the original booking window remains in effect.

RESCHEDULING POLICY
Need to change your appointment time? We’re happy to accommodate:

  • 48+ hours before your appointment — Free reschedule. No fee.

  • 24–48 hours before your appointment — $35 flat rescheduling fee.

  • Less than 24 hours before your appointment — $75 flat rescheduling fee.

Rescheduling fees are charged to your card on file at the time of the reschedule and are non-refundable. If the property is inaccessible at the time of your appointment due to lockbox issues, missing keys, or if you are late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you and the same rescheduling fee may apply. A credit card is required to hold your appointment.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If weather conditions are unfavorable for your shoot (overcast skies are not considered unfavorable), please contact us to reschedule and a 100% credit will be applied to your account. If you choose to keep your original appointment, any return trip to the property for re-shoots will incur a fee. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, fees may be waived at management’s discretion.
